*I couldn't come up with anything else more creative. I do not accuse YOU of being lazy if you use these meals! Some times I just don't want to do much cooking and these are good options. We have these once every month or so, I think.
I've been meaning to comment for a while, and finally have a moment! My current favorite "lazy mom" meal is nachos. I dump a layer of chips on our oven-safe dinner plates, glob some refried beans, frozen corn, salsa, shredded cheese, and canned black olives (if we're lucky!), stick them in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 and voila.
ReplyDeleteNice! That sounds really good. I think I'd have to throw on some chicken or ground beef for Colin. (He's not into the refried beans.) Who wouldn't want to have chips for dinner!
