This morning Jenny and I ran the Harpoon Brewery 5-miler together to celebrate my 30th birthday. It was a wonderful time! The weather was perfect, the company was great (Jenny's husband, Chris, also ran and Jenny's kids & parents and Colin came along to support us), and we ran the whole race! We enjoyed brats, pasta, salad, and beer at the after party and called it a morning shortly thereafter. It was a wonderful way to spend the last morning of my 20s! Colin got some great photos that you can sit back and enjoy.
Waiting for Jenny's family to arrive.

Pre-race revelry!
There were a lot of people and a lot of porta potties.

There was this place where you could time your sprint.
I didn't do too badly.

The sprint to the finish;
we met our goal of finishing in under an hour!

And a post race photo for the books.
